At TNSRP, we want to clarify that while we use logos and names from real-life agencies such as the Knoxville Police Department (KPD), TN Highway Patrol (THP), Knox County Sheriff's Office (KCSO), Rural Metro Fire Department, Knoxville Fire Department (KFD), Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), and American Medical Response (AMR), we do not own these logos or have any official affiliation with these organizations.
Our server is a fictional, roleplay-focused community hosted on the FiveM platform, and the use of these logos and department names is for immersive roleplaying purposes only. The departments listed are available for roleplay within the TNSRP community but are not limited to the ones mentioned. While we may use logos and names that resemble those of real-life agencies, TNSRP does not seek to impersonate or represent the actual organizations.
We do not claim ownership of any of these logos, names, or trademarks. These assets are the property of their respective real-life organizations. The use of these elements is intended solely to enhance the roleplay experience and should not be interpreted as an attempt to mimic or replicate the operations of real-world law enforcement, fire, emergency response, or transportation agencies.
TNSRP operates independently and does not seek to create any confusion or misrepresentation. All logos, names, and designs used within the server are for fictional and entertainment purposes only. Our focus is on providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable roleplaying environment for our community, while ensuring that we respect the intellectual property of real-world agencies.
If you have any questions or concerns about our use of logos or the nature of the server, please feel free to reach out to our IT Department for clarification. (IT@tnsrp.com) We're here to ensure that everyone enjoys a fun and legally compliant roleplay experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Tennessee State RolePlay (TNSRP) prohibits individuals from holding a command-level position within any TNSRP department if they hold a command-level position in another FiveM server. This policy is designed to ensure that all department staff, especially those in leadership roles, remain fully focused on their responsibilities within TNSRP and avoid potential conflicts of interest or divided attention.
If a current or prospective department command member holds a command-level position in another FiveM server, they must request approval from TNSRP staff in order to retain their position within TNSRP. Approval will be granted at the discretion of TNSRP staff, ensuring that the individual can commit to their duties without compromising the integrity or success of TNSRP.
Failure to obtain approval from TNSRP staff will result in immediate removal from the department command team. TNSRP reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain the effectiveness, leadership, and standards required to uphold a positive and successful roleplaying environment.
